Specialist in pharmaceutical law and the registration of medical products.

He handles issues concerned with commercial law, securities trading, commercialization and privatization of entities operating on the medical services market. He has extensive knowledge about the medical services market and the functioning of the national health service in Poland, with particular focus on issues related to hospital transformations.

He offers ongoing advising for entities in the healthcare sector, with particular consideration for the functioning of medical entities, as well as public health regulations.

Before LSW

Graduate of the Law and Administration department at Warsaw University. He interned at the Malecki Rychlowski Law Firm during his studies and was also the assistant to the chairman of the Health Commission in the years 2005-2007 and next, a member of the Political Office of the Minister of Health. In 2010, he was registered on the list of trainee lawyers by the Radom Bar Council. Since 2011, he has continued his application in the Warsaw District Bar Association.
