Marcin is an expert in procedural law and, in particular, in criminal cases.
He acts as a legal representative in a number of complex court proceedings. He has defended white-collar cases and participated in many projects involving company set-ups, transformations, acquisitions and mergers.
Marcin has long experience in resolving disputes between entrepreneurs of different industries, as well as between shareholders and board members. His interests primarily focus on legal and criminal aspects of operating a business and on sports law aspects.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University. In 2001, he qualified as a lawyer. He gained his professional experience working at Amhurst Brown Colombotti, Wardyński i Wspólnicy and heading a practice at the Warsaw law firm of Melzacki, Lewków Spółka Partnerska, Adwokaci. He is an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee.
