Bartosz handles issues concerned with commercial law, securities trading, commercialisation and privatisation of entities operating on the medical services market. He has extensive knowledge about the medical services market and the functioning of the national health service in Poland, with particular focus on issues related to hospital transformations. He offers ongoing advising for entities in the healthcare sector, with particular consideration for the functioning of medical entities, as well as public health regulations.
He served as an assistant to the chairman of the Health Commission in the years 2005-2007 and furthermore, a member of the Political Office of the Minister of Health.
