Edyta Niemyska

Attorney at law


Specializes in competition law, state aid law, public procurement law, insolvency law and European law. She works on assets acquisition transactions, projects concerned with regulated sectors and harmonization, restructuring projects and bankruptcy proceedings involving, among others,  state aid matters.

Before LSW

Graduated from the Law and Administration Department at the Marie-Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin, she also participated in the 2 year program at the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies organized by the University of Cambridge in cooperation with the Law and Administration Department at the Warsaw University. She also took part in the International Competition Law program, as part of the International Practice Diploma organized by College of Law in London and the International Bar Association. She completed her Master's degree in International and Comparative Law (LL.M.) at  the Free University of  Brussels, Institute for European Studies, Faculty of Law. Since 2004, she has carried out the function of legal expert representing Poland in Your Europe Advice with the European Commission. In 2011, she was registered on the list of legal advisors by the District Council of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She carries out her doctorate at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
