Jakub specialises in legal assistance to enterprises in relation to commercial and civil cases, in addition to corporate advisory services. He provides on-going legal assistance to commercial companies and represents Clients in court disputes before courts of all instances, in particular disputes between enterprises. His legal practice also includes copyright and e-commerce issues, while the sphere of his interests also embraces labour law and family law.
A graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. During this studies he was involved with the activities of the European Law Students’ Association - ELSA. He obtained the title of Legal Advisor in 2013 and specialised in assisting entities in the micro and SME sector, as well as public entities. His professional practice included involvement in the European Union „Conscious Citizen” project. He worked as assistant to a common court judge, while his experience as legal advisor was gained during his work for legal advisors’ and advocates’ offices in Silesia and in the capacity of an in-house lawyer for a major Silesian finance and factoring company.
