An expert on real property and infrastructure projects. His area of interest includes real property law, project implementation, administrative proceedings and court-administrative proceedings, reprivatization and company law.
A law graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and Post-Graduate Studies in company law at the Law and Administration Department of Warsaw University. After graduation he started his individual doctoral studies at the Law and Administration Faculty of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, which he completed by obtaining the doctor’s degree in legal science (subject of his dissertation: „The legal status of creditors‘ securities issued in Poland during the period 1918-1939”).
For the last eight years he worked in public administration as an expert, where he was involved in the most complex cases concerning State Treasury properties. Apart from proceedings involving reprivatization Dr Marcin Włodarski participated in key infrastructure projects undertaken in the Mazowieckie Province, such as construction of roads and motorways, energy lines, gas pipelines, waste incineration plants and airports. He also participated in legislative work on laws pertaining to real property and infrastructure investments.
In his free time he likes to cook and read historical books. He is also a passionate collector of coins and postage stamps.
