Expert in real estate and infrastructure investment. He advises on various matters in the areas of real estate law, investment execution, administrative and court-administrative proceedings, reprivatization and company law.
For eight years he worked in public administration as an expert, where he dealt with the most complex issues related to real estate of the State Treasury. Apart from proceedings related to reprivatization, Marcin Włodarski, PhD, participated in key infrastructure projects carried out in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, such as construction of roads and motorways, power lines, gas pipelines, waste incineration plants or civil airports. He also took part in the legislative process of laws on real estate law and infrastructure investments.
Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and postgraduate study of company law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Shortly after graduation, he started an individual doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He obtained a PhD degree in law (the subject of his dissertation was: "Legal status of debt securities issued in Poland in the years 1918-1939").
In his spare time he likes cooking and reading historical books. He is also a keen numismatist and philatelist. He is also passionate about creating impressive LEGO buildings together with his children.
