An expert with vast experience in the field of real estate and infrastructural investments. He has experience in reprivatization proceedings regarding real estates with a combined area of several thousand hectares.

Marcin conducted reparation proceedings for nationalised or expropriated real estates which ended with awarding him damages in the total amount of over PLN 2 billion. His areas of interest include real estate law, implementation of investments, administrative and court-administrative proceedings, reprivatization, and corporate law.

As part of his specialization he has carried out several complex investment projects, obtaining for his Clients legal title to the property, decisions on land development conditions, and building permits.

He has advised on issues related to obtaining legal title and development of the real estate, land consolidation, as well as on location and protection of non-standard objects of cultural and historical value.

His professional portfolio includes handling construction investments on real estates under the supervision and cooperation of a conservator of historical buildings. He has also successfully conducted cases concerning the expansion and modernization of shopping centers in Warsaw.

For leading Polish developers and investment funds, he has conducted real estate analysis in the context of the acquisition, increasing investment opportunities of the property and implementation of investments.

He advises his clients in matters concerning no-cost real estate acquisitions.

Participant in legislative work on real estate law, including, among others, expropriation special acts, the Real Estate Management Act, the Water Law Act, the Transmission Act, the Hydrocarbon Act, the Construction Law, the Act on the National Real Estate Stock and administrative procedure.

Author of articles and commentaries as well as dozens of training courses on real estate, infrastructural investments, and administrative procedure.

Before LSW

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and postgraduate study of company law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

Shortly after graduation, he started an individual doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in law (the subject of his dissertation was: “Legal status of debt securities issued in Poland in the years 1918-1939”).
