Joanna is involved in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions at all their stages, in particular the drafting of transaction documents and during due diligence processes. Transactions in which she has participated have included corporate mergers and transformations, corporate acquisitions, joint venture transactions and other forms of entity restructuring. Joanna also advises Polish and foreign venture capital funds on investments in Polish companies at an early stage of development.

Joanna also provides transactional and corporate advice on cross-border and domestic issuances of equity and debt securities, primary and secondary public offerings of shares, public and private offerings of bonds, and public-to-private transactions.
Corporate advisory
Joanna has experience in providing services to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of comprehensive corporate services of companies, including ongoing legal advisory, preparation of corporate documents, drafting and providing opinions on commercial and civil law contracts.
