Katarzyna has many years of managerial experience in the field of HR, human resources and project management. She joined the group of lawyers entered on the list of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw in 2022.Katarzyna specialises in labour law, as well as in dealing with issues concerning individual and collective labour law as well as employment-related aspects of M&A transactions, including PMI. In addition, she advises Polish and foreign entities on issues related to hiring and dismissing employees, working time, employee documentation and internal policies.

Life Sciences / Media

Katarzyna regularly advises clients in the Life Sciences sector in respect to transactions and regularly aspects of their daily operations. She has advised a leading pharmacy chain on various M&A transactions allowing the company to grow their operations in Poland.

She also provides legal advice to entities operating on the media market.

Katarzyna completed postgraduate studies conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH): "HR Business Partner", as well as postgraduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw: "Human Resources Management for HR Managers" and "Human Resources and Payroll in Law and Practice".

She is involved in social campaigns to equalize opportunities and support people in difficult life moments. She is a member of the Scholarship Fund,Anna Mantz, whose purpose is to equalize opportunities in access to professional legal education. Her work is based on providing solutions that take into account the business needs and organizational culture of a client.
