Magdalena specializes in advising on commercial, corporate, M&A and financing matters.
She has been qualified as an advocate in Poland since 2011 and qualified as an English solicitor in 2016. She holds an LL.M degree - specializing in International Commercial Law.
M&A, Banking & Finance
As a transaction expert, and in view of her English law background, Magdalena regularly advises on cross-border transactions across various jurisdictions, sometimes for Polish/CEE companies and funds where there is no Polish law involvement whatsoever, working closely with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions.

Magdalena also provides day-to-day advice to companies and funds from various industry sectors.
Venture Capital
Magdalena works both for Polish and foreign Venture Capital funds and for startups in their investment rounds.
Magdalena is a graduate of law at the University of Wrocław and holds an LL.M in international commercial law at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. A member of the Polish Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales.
