She is experienced in litigation before the Polish Patent Office and the EUIPO and also provides trademark registration services. She represents clients in numerous disputes regarding the protection of personal rights, both at the trial and pre-litigation stage.

Marta gained her professional experience working in litigation teams of renowned law firms and companies operating in the creative industry. She provided legal services for film and television production and distribution in one of the largest production houses in Poland.
Marta is an Advocate, and member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
