Paulina gained experience in the tax department of a law firm, an audit firm and the accounting department of a commercial company.
Her focus is on tax law, in particular on tax audits, as well as on the tax aspects of M&A transactions.
Paulina advises leading multinational and large domestic companies across a wide spectrum of industries, including financial, pharmaceutical, technology, agricultural, oil & gas, and FMCGs. She also has significant experience advising on transfer pricing, international and local tax structuring, M&A, tax audits, tax litigations, and tax reporting.
